In-Game Description

There's an old band of crooks operating out of this area, peddling drugs to kids and all sorts of crazy shit. We located a stash of drugs in this electrical box. Shoot it up and take that stash.

Stand close to Double-B until she offers this mission, then Accept it. If you don't know where your car is parked, revisit the Parking Garage downstairs to spawn it (and eat a $50 charge to do so), then hop in. As for your destination, it's randomized, so you'll want to rely on the orange waypoints to steer you in the right direction. Drive toward the first one until you're about twenty-five meters (25m) away, then park, and start footing it toward the indicator. The target itself is a fairly conventional-looking electrical box. Fire upon it, pick up the stash, and run back to your ride.

The mission description will change and cite a drop-off. Usually, you won't have to drive very far. When you're within forty meters of the vicinity, jump out of your car, and follow the orange indicator. If you happen to run into a set of doors, kick 'em open. When you're close to the drop-off, you'll know, as it's marked by a bright orange beacon. Stand inside of it until a timer starts ticking away, and within five seconds, your objective will be completed.

You'll instantly receive your cash, and your standing with Double-B will rise to Level 3. Head on back to Central Station to chat with her again.
